Delivery Information

 

Free Delivery

  • Free standard delivery applies to all flatpacked or small products. Pre-assembled items and items from our Baumhaus, Ametis, Classic & Mark Harris Ranges are not delivered standard delivery or next day.
  • We do not currently offer a furniture assembly service.

Standard Delivery

  • 1-3 working days from date of order
  • email confirmation on day of shipment 
  • pre-delivery text message to mobile 1 hour before delivery (where mobile number given)
  • pre-delivery email 1 hour before delivery ( only in the absence of a mobile number)

Next Day Delivery (Chargeable at £9.99)

  • This service applies to flatpacked items and small assembled items only. Large pre-assembled items are NOT available on this service.
  • Next day delivery applies on orders placed before 10am 
  • Next day delivery is only available on selected areas (please check postcode below) and is subject to product availability, courier availability and demand
  • Your delivery will be made by one of our trusted partner carriers for next day items 
  • Deliveries will be made between 8am and 6pm.
  • If your order contains more than one item, please be aware that it may arrive in more than one delivery
  • You will receive an email confirming order completion, this is confirmation your order has been processed and shipped on that day. Please do not assume your item has been shipped prior to receipt of this email.

Saturday  and next day before 9 am Delivery are available on some items. (Chargeable from £20 ) 

  • You can now choose to have your order delivered to you on Saturdays or before 9 am during the week. 

Receiving Your Delivery (Important please read)

  • All Deliveries MUST be signed for. We will not take responsibility for items being left without a signature.
  • You Must check outer packaging prior to signing for your item for packaging damage. as claims for carrier damage will only be processed if the item has been clearly signed for as DAMAGED. Failure to do so will invalidate any claims of damaged in transit.
  • Signing for an item as UNCHECKED is not sufficient and claims will be rejected.
  • Damaged in transit items will be replaced immediately providing the above procedure has been carried out.

Specialist Delivery Service*
  • This service is for pre-assembled items only and NOT flatpacked items requiring assembly 
  • Our pre-assembled item delivery service will deliver within 11 working days of order being placed.
  • Our carrier will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery day.
  • You will receive a courtesy call 30 minutes prior to delivery.
  • Downstairs room of choice delivery service option, (Upstairs only if safe for the driver to do so )
