Returns & Damages

Returns

You may return an item for a refund of the merchandise total within 14 days of delivery, all you need to do is ship the item back to us. Return credits are issued within 7 working days once the item is received and inspected. 

 

Return Eligibility

Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund (please do not assemble or modify the product in any way). The few exceptions that cannot be returned include:

  • Clearance Items
  • Personalized Items
  • Items Marked “Non-Returnable” (clearly indicated on the sale page before placing your order)

If the goods have been handled more than was necessary to decide if they were suitable ( ie used or altered in any way, including assembly of flatpacked items) and deemed to have caused the value of the product to diminish  we will recover compensation from any refund to the customer, which could be up to 100% of the purchase price in line with current regulation 29 (b) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.  

Please click here to fill in our returns form in the first instance, once we receive your returns request we will issue you with a returns number. When you receive this number and return address please return the item within 14 days. We will issue a refund upon receipt and satisfactory inspection of the goods. 

We do not organise the returning of goods, this is the responsibility of the buyer.

 

Damaged Items

 

If your item arrived damaged or defective, we are happy to arrange for a prompt replacement. Click here to send us the relevant details. Please include the following:-

  • Images of the damaged part
  • Images of the outer packaging of the damaged part (if damaged in transit)
  • Damaged part number (available on assembly instructions)
  • Order number.

Please could you ensure that all damages claims are submitted prior to the assembly of goods as assembled as the return of assembled flatpacked items will not be accepted.

We have updated our system for reporting all damages, returns and general issues. With our aim to respond initially within a maximum 2 hours to any enquiry made and resolve all issues within a maximum of 5 working days.
